1. General

We process personal data exclusively on the basis of applicable data protection law (GDPR, German Telemedia Act). This policy explains what data is collected, for what purpose, and on what legal basis.

2. Hosting & server logs

When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically stores connection data in server log files (IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, timestamp). This data is not merged with other sources. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Google Fonts

This website loads fonts via Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA). Your IP address is transmitted to Google servers when the page loads. The transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

Note: To avoid this transfer entirely, Google Fonts can be self-hosted locally — we recommend this from a data protection standpoint.

4. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA). Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse website usage. The information generated is generally transmitted to and stored on Google servers in the USA.

We have enabled IP anonymisation, so your IP address is truncated within the EU/EEA before transmission. The transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You may opt out at any time by rejecting cookies in your browser or installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

5. Contact form (FormSubmit)

Our contact form is processed via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). When you submit the form, your data (name, email address, message) is transmitted to FormSubmit, which forwards it to us by email. FormSubmit stores submissions temporarily for delivery purposes.

6. HubSpot (CRM)

We use HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc., USA) as our CRM system to manage enquiries and business contacts. When you contact us via the contact form or email, your data (name, email, message content) may be stored in HubSpot.

The transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (contract initiation and legitimate interest in contact management). HubSpot's privacy policy: legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy

This website uses technically necessary cookies and — with your consent — analytics cookies from Google Analytics. You may withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.

8. No further sharing
